PVCu (or Vinyl to our American visitors) is by far the best selling material used today in conservatory construction. Being virtually maintenance free and available in so many different styles, shapes and sizes it is not hard to understand why it is so popular.

PVCu can be manufactured in all the most popular Victorian, Edwardian, Georgian and Lean-To designs as well as many bespoke made to measure options. PVCu is a versatile and reliable product that performs well in both the extremes of cold and heat.

Our PVCu ranges consist of our vast range of standard models plus a Bespoke range. If you can't find anything suitable in the standard ranges (perhaps you have a difficult site requiring box gutters or specially adapted eaves height) then you can submit a bespoke Quotation Request. There are lots of tips on various enhancements such as Pilkington"K" glass, 25 mm polycarbonate, and methods for adapting for "difficult" sites.

Finally in this section please note that all standard models come with toughened Double Glazing and 16 mm polycarbonate in the roof as standard although off course all the usual extras such as "K" glass etc are available. Additionally all our standard ranges are manufactured using our "GOLD" PVCu specification from SYNSEAL EXTRUSIONS. We can also offer our "PLATINUM" PVCu specification from REHAU EXTRUSIONS. Both extrusions are leading PVCu extrusions and we recommend both. The primary difference between the specifications is that the "GOLD" range features external beading with internal security wedge gasket as standard whilst the "PLATINUM" range features only internal beading for extra security.
